To the dancers: Thanks for coming. Seeing you learn with the great instructors, watching you dance to the amazing music and enjoying your company made our sleepless nights worthwhile.
To the volunteers: We could not have had a festival without you. Thanks for making it possible for all of us to enjoy the festival.
To the instructors: To a person you were amazing. We know that you came here as (mostly) individuals, and we thank you for giving us a unified, coherent slate of workshops that helped make all of us better dancers.
To the bands: Damn. You all truly kicked Ass!! Thanks for showing our out of town guests that Pittsburgh has a premier live music scene. (we can't say "the premier," because our Austin friend says we are only comparable to the live music scene in that town, which I think is somewhere in Texas). Because of your great playing, Pittsburgh dancers are now the envy of blues dancers all over the country.
To the dj's: Thanks for filling in those spaces between workshops and for making the middle of the night a great time for dancing ... or just listening. Special thanks to Emily S for being able to expand her role at the last minute.

Thanks to sjl7678 we've got videos of the Jack 'n Jill finals. The actual finals are videos 3 and 4. 1 and 2 are the warm-ups. The finals tunes are (2) Black Rattler by Nathan James, Ben Hernandez and the Carl Sonny Leyland Trio and (3) Violent Love by Ingrid Lucia and the Neutrinos. Thanks sj!

Tee Shirts
The tee shirts were a huge success! We sold out (except for a few Women's - small. Barry tried to tell Ed that there weren't that many small women in all of the US. but he wouldn't listen -- anybody want to buy a small tee?) and are considering a re-order if there is enough interest. Click on the Tee Shirts tab if you'd like to order one. This will not commit you, but will give us an indication of whether there is interest.
